Essential Oil Education
This service supports women through pregnancy and postpartum hormonal health by offering detailed meal plans with nutritional foods for both mom and baby. Attention is given to the mother and baby’s nutritional needs at different points in the pregnancy and after birth. Nutritional counsel takes the form of individualized meal plans, suggestions for herbs and essential oils to support pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum. These services can be purchased as a package that includes nutritional counsel, individualized meal plans, cooked and cooked meals. Prices may differ depending on the package you select.
