My name is Anna and I am a nutritional counselor. I received my certification as a Functional Nutrition Counselor in 2024 from the Functional Nutrition Alliance and launched my business during the summer of 2024.
In addition to studying functional nutrition, I have an undergraduate degree in theological studies and a certificate in ESL. The part of every job that I enjoy the most is helping others work toward their personal goals by motivating, encouraging, and helping them to believe that no matter how hard life has been, healing is possible. During our sessions together it is my goal to help my clients connect with Jesus Christ, who is the Divine Healer of both body and soul. The primary way I do this is at the beginning and end of each session where I invite Jesus into the session and praise Him at the end for all He has done.
In my free time I enjoy a variety of things such as reading, listening to music, dancing, and spending quality time with family and friends. I hope to get to know you more!

Sincerely,
Dear Friend,
Why functional nutrition?
So why functional nutrition? Functional nutrition is an approach to healing that focuses on restoring the body through food and necessary lifestyle modifications. In addition, there is a particular focus placed on how each individual’s body is responding to different foods. There is no one size fits all approach to healing, which is why at Eden Health and Well-being your healing protocol will be customized to fit you and not your diagnosis!
With the functional nutrition tenant that all things are important, Eden Health and Well-being also recognizes the importance that mind and spirit play into our healing journey. Periods of intense stress and past traumas can play a part in our epigenetic expression and the emergence of disease. In working with clients towards healing we want to consider what role mindset and spirituality play in our healing journey. Working with the aspects of body, mind, and spirit we hope to move the individual towards an integrated recovery.
Eden Health and Well-being: Behind the Name
“And the Lord God planted a garden in Eden, in the east; and there he put the man whom he had formed.” (Genesis 2: 8)
healing, and forgiveness on the human race and gives us the power to become saints. Oftentimes when we struggle physically, mentally, and spiritually the ability to live our lives freely in and for God becomes a challenge. My hope at Eden Health and Well-being is to help those struggling with their physical health work towards balance, healing, restoration, and freedom so that they can live out the abundant life God has for them.
God wants to encounter us in a personal way in our daily lives. He wants to bring us back into full health and relationship with Him. He brings us back to Eden, where Adam walked with Him in the garden.
Before the fall of humanity all of creation lived in perfect balance. There was no death, no violence, no sickness, and no pain. Adam and Eve experienced peace and harmony in their relationships with one another, the animals, the natural world, within their bodies, and most importantly with God. Once they disobeyed God by eating the apple the world was forever changed. Sin brought along with it death, violence, sickness, and pain. Humanity will never be the same again.
In His mercy the Father sent His son into the world to become one of us, to suffer, to die, and to open the gates of heaven to us. While it is true that the world will never be the same as it was before the fall, God has poured out an abundance of grace,
