Nutritional counsel takes the form of individualized meal plans, suggestions for herbs and essential oils to support pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum. These services can be purchased as a package that includes nutritional counsel, individualized meal plans, cooked and cooked meals. Prices may differ depending on the package you select.
